No Bench – Gilmore operates under an “associate” model, meaning our associates are independent contractors that are not “sitting on the bench” when not on assignment for Gilmore; so Gilmore’s motivation is always to provide the best associate for the job, not the associate who has been sitting on the bench the longest.
Value Added – a Gilmore Partner oversees every project. Thus associates in the field always have a Gilmore Partner for support and coaching at all stages of the project. In addition, Gilmore partners proactively engage with associates periodically to ensure the best approach to meeting objectives. This service is provided at no cost to the client.
Templates and processes – since 1999 Gilmore has been providing methodical, systematic approaches to projects. This has resulted in many templates and processes that can be used by associates during the course of a project, thus eliminating the need to take a zero based approach in many cases.
Candidate list – Gilmore never sends more than 3 candidates per position for consideration, often times there is only one candidate referred; Gilmore does not believe clients are responsible for candidate screening – that is Gilmore’s job.
Quality control – there is a period during and at the end of each contract that Gilmore will touch base with clients to ensure alignment has been achieved throughout the length of the contract and that clients can point to a Gilmore & Associates associate’s delivery of return-on-investment. As most Gilmore & Associates clients are repeat business we aim to make sure that client satisfaction is a constant state.
Working teams – if the assignment requires a team, Gilmore will provide a seasoned team of associates who have worked together before and are ready to deploy. The client gets a team that arrives operation-ready.
